Terms of Service

SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION 6 Month Term:
If we do not produce results based on your previous rankings (for new websites we guarantee top 40 rankings or better for some, but not all keywords) after the initial 6 month service, we will only extend the service 3 months. If said results are not provided after this period (nine months total), we will offer 3 more months service or a 20% refund at our discretion. As some sites will take longer to rank we reserve the right to offer extended services rather than provide a monetary reimbursement.

We do not guarantee any increase in traffic or sales. This service does not include any Pay Per Click programs, web design, advertising, marketing or other specialized services mentioned or not mentioned in this agreement. We do not guarantee any number or potential number of new clients or prospects. We do not guarantee any exact placement such as #1, #2 or #3 or any exact page such as page #1, #2 or #3.

We are not liable for any content on your site nor any third party issues that arise from any content on your site. We are not liable for any loss of ranking due to practices that we have not added to your site, whether pre-existing or added after, or at any time during this service agreement and without our knowledge or consent. Anything you do not disclose about other prior search engine optimization services prior to, or during this service agreement, we cannot and will not be held accountable for. We offer risk-free services and our methods will never put you in any situation that goes against any and all search engines' policies.

If any other SEO firm or outsourced optimization service is used during the term of service, without our express written consent, then this will violate the terms of service and no refunds, or guarantees will be offered.

If during any service we do produce results and they change within the service term, or during any maintenance program, we will make adjustments to get the rankings to pick back up at no cost to you, however, we will offer no monetary reimbursement.

If changes to the site are made by your team or a third party design firm and they remove work we did previously, devalue or de-rank the website and we make recommendations to fix and are never fixed, then no refunds, or guarantees will be offered. If we make SEO recommendations and your team never implements them then hen no refunds, or guarantees will be offered.

If changes occur after a service period has ended, terminated or been cancelled we offer no support or reimbursement of any kind.

SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION 1 Year Term:
If we do not produce results based on your previous ranking in any of the Major Search Engines (for new websites we guarantee top 30 rankings or better for some, but not all keywords) after 9 months of the initial 12 month service, then we will offer a refund of 50% of all fees paid for this service. As some sites will take longer to rank we reserve the right to offer extended services rather than provide a monetary reimbursement at our discretion. If after 12 months of service there is no improvement in your rankings and there had never been an improvement in any of the three major search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN) since the start of the campaign, we will provide a monetary reimbursement of 50%.
